2023: Indo Mackson Sues INEC, PDP and Capt. Ndatse

Hon. Indo Mackson Sues Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), People’s Democratic Party (PDP) and Hon. Capt. Douglas Ndatse rtd.
This happened after Hon. Indo Mackson who is the currently the Secretary, Taraba State Primary Health Development Agency have been denied her ticket after the just concluded People’s Democratic Party (PDP) primary elections of Members house of assembly of Donga Local Government where she won and defeated men of caliber and in-depth knowledge of politics. Among those men includes the two times vice-chairman of Donga Local government and incumbent acting chairman of Donga Local Government in person of Hon. Nashuka Ipeyen.
The originating summon has, In a File Suit NO: FHC/JAL/CS/29/2022 , Hon. Mamman Indo Mackson (Plaintiff) have sued The People’s Democratic Party (PDP), The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and Hon. Douglas N. Yahaya (Defendants).
Indo is suing the defendants for forceful retention and denial of her ticket under the umbrella of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) to contest for the seat Member House of Assembly representing Donga Local Government.
Her suit is not only limited to court of law but also petitions submitted to the human rights groups, ministry of women affairs and office of the First Lady Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Hon. Indo contested and won the primary elections for Member House of Assembly representing Donga Local Government against six aspirants.



The aspirants for the PDP primaries for Donga Local Government includes Nashuka Ipeyen, who served two terms as deputy chairman of the Donga local government, Titus Vojiki of the Dutse ward served as the state’s accountant general during the Sani Danladi and Ishaku administrations, Indo Mackson who is the Secretary, Taraba State Primary Health Development Agency, Engineer Ushiki Danladi a retired permanent secretary, Nichodemus Ali of Dutse ward who is the director of finance of the Taraba State Basic Education Board until his election, Philip Angulu Kadiri from the Dutse who works the Economic Financial Crime Commission (EFCC) and now a business man, Hon. Eric UJ Yohanna of Nyitan and Last but not least, Yahaya Ali Kumbo from Gata-aure ward’s. Yahaya is a businessman based in Lagos.
The suit is adjourned to 30th June 2022, for hearing.
